This is normal for all drive shafts with CV (constant velocity) joints. If you didn't have that play you'd rip your clutch plate apart every time you take your foot off the pedal. Sound proofing is minimal in the itr and thats why you can hear it. Check gaiters on cv's for splits, hole's etc...

Sounds to me your Lambda sensor hasn't been fitted to the new exhaust or was damaged when refitting.

Hi Jimmy, It sounds like your clutch fluid was boiling creating air in the system between the master and slave cylinders. This could be caused by riding the clutch or extreme hot weather but I've never heard of that in this country. Try replacing the fluid. The system is pretty much sealed, if...
