Indoor car cover advise please…

What is the point of a indoor garage car cover? I have mine in a garage. Yes it gets a little surface dust on it but I regularly wash it.

My main point being if you put such a cover on a dc5 or any car all garages get cold in winter and may get condensation under the car cover.

Will that not make it rust faster as moisture is trapped.

Leaving it with no cover will let the car breath So paint does not bubble and rust?

Just asking please all opinions count thank you

I have a fantastic indoor cover. Car is in the garage all of the time but I have a small workshop in there too so I’m making a mess a lot of the time. It’s never caused me condensation, moisture or other issues at all :)

Does your garage ever get so cold that the car gets a slight mist of moisture on it? Or is it heated in there? My garage is not heated

Nope. Not heated - just a double garage attached to the side of the house. Gets cold but not damp
