old skool 4x60w alpines are not supposed to be connected to ISO, especialy not in a jap car as they use really thin gauge wire that wont carry enough current. Run a wire direct from the battery to the yellow wire on the alpine, using 15a cable and an inline fuse. This will solve your problem

I had a noise like this, turned out it was the mounting bolts for the Aircon pump come lose

Does it do it when its at idle? and does it go away when you put you foot on the clutch? If so it will probably be the clutch release bearing
