Borrowed an FD2 for an hour :)

For me, it was about coming back to the red H Ive had an Evo X, Evo 8's, S15 and although they are great cars there is always something that annoys you. Service intervals, cost of fuel, problems, losing the ar$e end on a dual carriageway with cars all around. Type R's are the best all...

    DC5 to Evo??

I've owned 3 Evo's. 2x 8MR 320's 1x X300SST. The X averaged 20mpg and was hit with lots of faults, I didn't like it and sold it. The 8's were brilliant. 22mpg, £120 6 month service, £240 12 month service and £400 for the major service. Tax was same as Teg, wasn't really that expensive...

    Purchasing a DC5

Not really. I owned my DC5 from 28k to 75k and only the O2 sensor that went. Obviously things wear as time goes on but there are not many problems with them.

    Garages in Cheshire

If you can travel then Grinspeed. He is excellent. If you need to go ABP then they were good lads. I haven't been to them for a long time but never heard any complaints. If you can nip into Stoke then look at Hoddens, they used to do services and work on my DC5 and are excellent. You might...
