    Supercharger

Just as Stoo says its just missing bits really, unless someone has really mucked up bad. Stoo fitted his himself, maybe you should get one and hire Stoo for a few days :xgrin: CPL prices are steep, but so are a lot of tuners in the UK atm. If you can pick one up yourself (Stoo is right again)...

Changing an item and requiring a full remap?

I understand what your saying, its just kinda nice to watch the numbers and see them change :xgrin: . I have only ever had 2 kpro'd cars, but both times the map was released to me, just did not know others would lock it down, but i can understand why.

Changing an item and requiring a full remap?

Did you ever manage to get them to release the map to you? Pretty wierd of a tuner to not allow you access to it. I know its an old thread, but came across it when i was searching and i am just interested to know what they did.

    Supercharger

Well i have only just bedded in the clutch, so planning on having a good blast this weekend depending on weather and if we can find a closed road. So far i will say that its the same old story. The SC is always on, so fuel consumption is worse that the EP3 turbo, but the power is instant. The...

    SW London DC5 specialist?

If only we all had a top tuner so close, nearest one to me is nearly a 2 hour drive :xaiweb4:

Some people just don't trust them, like all tuners some customers have had problems, although they never really seem to say what problems they have had. CPL have just fitted a JRSC kit for me, along with a whole list of parts and everything works great. The nice thing with CPL is Guy(owns it)...

    Hybrid Racing Bolt-In Short Shifter

I decided, maybe against better judgement and advice :xprotest: , to give it a go. It does fit under the console using the original holes just with a bracket instead of bolting straight in the original holes. Its a great piece of kit and i am using it with their shifter cables. You can adjust...

Hellooooo, Just wandering if anyone has any first hand experience with one of these? http://www.hybrid-racing.com/store/drivetrain?p=2 Thinking of trying one out with the shift linkage sets they do with them as both have got great reviews from our lost nation east across the water. I know...

    Reparing window trim?

There was a similar thread here: http://www.itr-dc5.com/forum/index.php?/topic/25140-flaking-window-trim/ I know it started off just being the metal area at the bottom, but i think the Bonson ended up going all around his door, maybe you could do the same with just some Matt black as opposed...

How do you bed brakes in ?

Hi Firthy, always best to check with the manufacturer when bedding in new discs and pads. Due to the heat treatment that some discs recieve during manufacture, some do need to be heated up upon first use to help with bedding in, such as Stoptechs, but for Dixcels its a case of gentle driving...

Machine Cleaned my DC5 with the Meguiars V220 V2

I have seen some nice cleaning jobs, but the way you have got the carbon to come back to life is amazing =D> , you really have done a fantastic job on it. Is it just a hobby for you or do you have some work experience with it? I guess if you didn't before, you will now with all the people...

    Fog light help in norfolk

Hi Juttie, im over near Derby so not really helpfull, but i think you should give it a go yourself in term sof wiring in one to the rear lights, as it is very easy especially with the DIY guides. If you already have a fog light switch attached it would be simply wiring in the wire...
