Hi, Do you need extra bits to fit an aftermarket double din then or does it just slot straight in? I've read on here somewhere that you need a new surround and an 'accord' adaptor??? If so any links or is it a job for ebay. Thanks

Yeah it does help (now that i have googled PITA and found out that it means pain in the ass) :lol: , I'm going to try removing the headlight and rubber seals and sticking it in the airing cupboard for a while. I realise that it may not last forever but hopefully through the summer at least...

Any update on this. My OS light is cloudy on the inside. I was going to tackle the job this weekend. What do you need to re seal the light. Has anyone done this and if so what was the result. Thanks

So does that mean that putting them in the oven to release any condensation etc before re sealing is a waste of time? Im sure people say it cures the problem??

Hi, I had a similar problem on my near side. It turned out to be the spring sticking on the lip that it sits on from the suspension arm- as i turned the wheel it was knocking. It was a really easy fix, wd40 will do the trick or use some 'proper' oil for a more long term solution.
