Depends on the Dyno. If it's a Dyno Dynamics one it would be lower than for example someone's like TDI North's "happy" dyno lol. Just be happy with how it will drive and feel and don't focus too much on the numbers.

Get yourself a DA Polisher (or a lend of one) and a smaller pad (maybe 3 inch) and your favourite cutting compound and as above it will bring it up as new. Had never failed me yet. Doing it by hand isn't enough if they are too far gone.
