lights

I have just bought a facelift type r and the guy said the switch in the dash is for the rear fog light but it doesnt do anything. I was just wondering how do we go about changing one of the reverse lights to a fog light how has everyone else done it?

I flashed on my high beams today whilst driving on about 60mph... And the car switched off and on again, all the lights came on, on the dash and went off. never happened before ?! Its stop doing it now, but it did this couple times today... any ideas ? thanks
