6.5' front speakers? adapters?

Hi there,

Ive read that the standard front speakers are 5.25' and I've already got a set of rainbow 6.5' front components which I really want to fit. The problem is I cannot find any 6.5' speaker adapters specifically for the DC5 anywhere? I've also read that the Vectra adapters fit - but which year Vectra? im not too sure if they're similar.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hoping to get my audio installed within the next 2 weeks.

6.5's fit very easily in DC5s, as long as the baskets and magnets aren't too big. As I found out when I had to cut the door skin to get my Hertz speakers to fit in the opening.

I'm sure these are the adaptors you'll need. I can't remember the exact part number. But you need the adaptors to fit a 95-08 Vectra
