Another Happy Greenlight Customer

I'm midway through my second year insuring my DC5 through Greenlight and couldn't be happier. They were well below any other quotes with their renewal price, and have friendly and knowledgeable personel waiting at the end of the phone.

What really impresses me though, is Neil's fantastic assistance through pm's on this forum. Recently I've bought a second car, demoting the DC5 to sunny days and weekend. Greenlight couldn't offer me insurance on the daily as they are a modified specialist. No problem though, Neil quickly offered to provide me with a mirrored no claims discount, effectively leaving me to use my no claims on my daily car, while still receiveing the discount on my DC5 insurance.

I've also just moved house... a quick pm to Neil and 4 minutes... yes, FOUR minutes later he replied letting me know that it had all be changed over for me.

Good effort Neil, keep it it. I can't see me going anywhere else come renewal time

I can't second this enough :) was on the phone earlier to Neil, top man

Got a fantastic renewal price and also went to the effort of price checking for future upgrades charger etc ;)

Great guy knows his stuff and was more than happy to answer all my questions, even regards to track day cover etc.

Very happy , don't see me changing insurance company any time soon

I phoned Neil to discuss my renewal the other day and was on the phone for over half an hour!!!!!!!!










... 25mins of which were just chatting about cars :D heh

Great service again for what is it? 9th year in a row for me?

One thing I did like (not a new thing with greenlight) was that before I called to discuss it, one of Neil's colleague's had already left me a message saying that he's seen my renewal is due and thinks he could get it a lot lower as he's noticed my allowed mileage is quite high. Sure enough once on the phone I reduced it (having a van and a bike as well my mileage is never going to be the 'average' 12k a year) and yup.. about 20% off the renewal I think it was.

Can't not be pleased with that :)

I went with Sky unfortunately this time as GL couldn't quote me on my second car, but i'm hoping next year they can quote both, fantastic customer service very friendly call handlers whenever you call and they smashed pretty much every other quote out the water without ever asking me what my lowest quote was out of fairness

Also chatted about trackdays and mods, can't remember who took my call but they were awesome

+1 on this too. Recently bought my first DC5, and after being refused a quote from all the major players Greenlight came to the rescue.

Very helpful, minimal fuss. A great service at a very good price!

Thanks for all the positive comments it's much appreciated. I'm out of the office tomorrow and Friday for my wifes birthday so I'll reply to pms etc Saturday when I'm back in the office.
