Another lights one - Front Adjustment

Can the front lights be adjusted fella's? I have my left HID pointing to the sky and my right so low it might aswell be switched off.

Been like this since i had to change a bulb and a powerpack thingy, starting to get on my tits alittle.

Took it to honda who said there not adjustable, surely they are??

ys there are 2 cogs (plastic whekls with teeth) that are vertical at the back of the lights.

a phillips or pozi driver fits in from above and as u turn it turns the teeth with each spoke of the driver abd lowers or highers the beam.

got to an MOT STATION for correct level.
