Anyone know this vehicle, history or previous/current owner?
Looks to be a clean car, very low miles, but has been in the country for many years. MOT history advisory points out that it has been undersealed - not sure why they‘d point this out unless they‘re claiming they couldn‘t check for rust.?

It‘s the other end of the country to me, but seems a decent price and condition!
Cheers

I think the fact the person who's written the advert can actually spell and write properly is normally a good sign. The car looks nice and well looked after to be fair. Worth a look mate but make sure you check it's been serviced and cared for properly. If it's got service history from one of the well known Honda specialists, and there are a few then the chances are it's a good car.

I saw this car for sale, it's about 15 miles away from me, been up about a week. It ticks all the right boxes, very low mileage and sounds well looked after, just had 4 pilot sport 4's before sale so no skimping there.

The advantage of it being in the country for a long time is you get the history of the car, the owner keeping it for 8 years is a good sign too. But then it's long enough for it to get a bit rusty.

Thanks! It‘s about 400 miles from me, so a 10hr journey to go and see it. :( Seller seems genuine, if a bit slow to respond.
Was imported through a dealer I‘ve at least heard of, but of course the possibility of rust does worry me - especially as the MOT history suggests the brake lines are corroded and the car undersealed. I asked the seller, but they haven‘t had it undersealed recently, so don‘t know why the MOT tester highlighted this on the most recent check? It could be that they‘ve just slapped underseal over a load of rust, but 400 miles to find out is not ideal!

It's been here long enough for it to rust and the corroded brake pipes give you an idea. It won't be rust free like a fresh import is but you might be okay with that?

Checking the MOT history shows slight damage to n/s chassis (possible jacking) which I would want to have a look at.

You can tell it's had paint on the front because the single hole they all have to hold the plate plinth is not there.

Yeah - the jacking thing on the history is a long time ago, and no mention of it since. Possible that it was fixed previously.
Paint is a good spot - front plate missing in photos too, which indicates someone that likes their cars - so you‘d hope for a good signs of cared for history. Paint to tidy the car up I‘d not be worried with - paint due to accident is something else though.

The side stickers are not there in the first picture either and the roof washer jet is white so could be more paint or just a sticker replacement and painted washer jet.

I could have a look at the car if you were very interested in it? It's a long way to travel if you're not sure.

Good spot! I hadn‘t seen those!! Certainly makes me wonder if the photos are old, or if it‘s had more work done than suggested.
Thank you for the offer of viewing! I‘ll wait to see what the seller comes back with in terms of additional info and photos (expecting something today) and will come back to you if it is still of interest.
Thanks for your help!!
