I will shortly be picking up a my DC5 (White, 2002 model, C-pack)

I'm not expecting to do many mods, but was wondering what other owners would recommend as reletively simple mods (ECU, induction Etc.) to improve performance.

Hi (once again)

First of all, I don't know how new you are to Honda, but some advice..

As to mods and performace increase, don't expect to gain a lot for not much cash, with a Hond engine you need to spend a lot, when compare to the likes of other mark.

As to the first steps, what are you looking at and how much are you looking to spend?

Sorry not to be of any other help

Hello,

Just support what Mike says.. tuning these Hondas is a lot more painstaking and costly than an Evo or a scoob... but then thats half the fun....

If you are going to be doing track days then i would suggest uprated brake pads (though std are great) or some lowered springs/coilovers.. dont be tempted down the need more power route as you'll spend loads and not see much from it... lightening the car and balancing the chassis seem to be the way to go...

Best mod I have made since getting mine was to get rid of the Bridgestones that came on it as the rubber had perished insied the tread and replaced them with a set of Toyo Proxies T1-S :D
