Buying an Integra DC5 need help

hi, guys
I really need some help,
I have put a deposit down on a integra dc 5 type r from TORQUE IMPORTS
the price im paying is 14470 for a 02 model with 16000 on the clock it's totally standard has NO c package, drives really well, looks very good, but he says its a grade 4 but he has no auction report from japan, im very weary of this :shock: , how can i find out what grade it is? do u think i should still buy it

No Auction data to me equals trouble :shock:

Without this, you never know whether its had an accident etc

thanks for the reply mj type r I have just called torque imports but unfortunatlly they won't give my deposit back, is there anyway I could get a independant inspection done? do any of u guys know of anybody who can do this? if so how much and whats involved?

That’s out of order m8, they should refund the deposit you have paid !!

This is smelling even more fishy to me, how much was the deposit? I would walk away, as they are trying to hide stuff.

Lets have there number so that we can have words with them, and spread the news across other UK forums.

I suppose it depends on how long ago you placed the deposit.

If the wheels are in motion and they have arranged purchase and delivery at the Japanese end,then they have started paying for it.

That means they will keep your deposit
