changind bulb

the bulb went on the car today its not the head light bulb its the zeon any one got a clue how to change it with out taking the bumper and light out

The HID bulb can only be done by taking off the bumper

I'm sure someone will say you can do it without taking it off but if you haven't done it before you need to see what you're doing
