Changing 2-1 pipe

Whats the best one to get. I had the 4-2 2-1 spoon manifold on my CTR but sold it all when i got the Teg. I now want to change the cat only as it was way to loud before with the 4-2 aswel. What do you reccomend? was looking at the Spoon 2-1 pipe as its an easy fit, is this going to give me much of a gain?

i believe you will only get 2-5bhp if only replacing the 2-1 downpipe better of investing in a race header,and the spoon race header is restricted in giving you the best gains it's not worth the money mate

You will gain more by fitting a 4-2-1 or a 4-1

Spoon 4:2 + 2:1 is ok if you're doing in stages,but will gain less and cost more in the long run.

If you want to keep the low down torque however...
