RIGHT before anyone else decides to slag off my company, my DC5 or myself i ask any respect member of this forum to come and see the DC5 in question in the flesh, tonight, tomorrow...

This genuine grade 4 car simply doesn't have 5th gear issue.

RUSS when you came back down to collect your £1000 deposit I ASKED you to test drive the car again to which you turned that down fine, i also asked if you wanted to test drive another DC5 to prove the white one doesn't have a problem. To which again you refused a 20 min test drive after driving 1 hour from Essex.

I also never said 5th gear on DC5's are hard to engage, i said this dc5 isn't hard to located 5th gear. Be honest you were more worried about what your mum would think about the car

adj i don't appreciate being called a nob, why don't you come and see us ? I'm pretty well known in the jap scene, people who know me know i am an enthusast who loves jap cars... check my ref page for some of the 60 odd comments i've had time to put up. i will only bring in quality cars to the UK.

Not only are your comment incorrect Russ, but they are also damaging..
Ben wen i test drove the car i told u there was a problem u said there wasnt, I wanted ma deposit back becuase i werent really satisfied how u tried to sell me the car when there was a problem and didnt even let me test drive the other 1 to see if there was a problem on that day.
AND that made me ask around to see if there was a problem.

I didnt want to test drive the car wen i came to collect my deposit because i wasnt Satisfied, If u would of let me test drive the other car on that day and found there was no problem or u could of said u will check that, i would of bought it but noooo u kept saying theres nothing wrong and i was insulting u
It jus looks like ur protecting ur reputation. A little advice Ben Listen to ur customers dont be stubbon if they say theres a problem then check IT.

Anywayz buyin a new 2004 dc5 and yes ma mum would think something if im going to buy a car that isnt working properly. But wtf has dis got to do wit ma mum n e way Ben ??

If ma insults are hurting u so bad go to a corner and cry, dont go saying im worried about wat ma mother will tink
Basically I didnt buy the car cos i didnt like the service OK and couldnt trust wat u said.
Yea u might of gave good service to other buyers but u didnt to me

First of all GT Culture is a highly respected company.

I have bought cars off them and have NEVER had any problems.

If you thought the fifth gear was dodgy, WHY didn't you look into it further and test drive it again and compare it to some of the other DC5 he has there :?:

The car in question i have test driven, and thought it gave a very nice ride and the gear change was slick.

Gt Culture from what i know and heard have sold many quality cars including DC5 which have never come back with any problems what-so-ever.

PEOPLE WHO READ THIS THREAD SHOULD DISREGARD ANY COMMENTS MADE ABOUT THIS CAR AS IT IS ALOAD OF B*****KS.
OK Ctr - dc5 if he would of let me test drove the other cars that day or said he will check that out, then i wouldnt of posted anything up or get my deposit back would i :?:

I dont chat B*****ks Y do i wanna do dat for??

In fairness I would like to add my two-penn'th here. I bought my DC5 from Ben before he even became GT-Culture and have had exactly the same level of service as Kaz6160. He has always been extremely helpful (importing accessories for me when HondaUK stopped my local dealer doing so - and as Warranty Replacements) and has never been less than aware of the importance of his/his Company's reputation to his success in such a specialised (and therefore word-of-mouth led) field. Neither was he, in my opinion, from the hard-sell school of marketing.

l33 and 12uSS 2, your debate would perhaps be more suited to the Barry Basildon Super Nova forum? If you can't discuss things in a more courteous manner than insulting each other's parents and capital-lettered expletives (by the way, what is a "F***ING BUISNESS"?) then perhaps you should not discuss them at all.

I would ask the Adminstrators to lock (but not delete for the reasons proffered by Unnamed_Warrior) this thread. Clearly 12uSS 2 is unhappy with the level of service he received from GT-Culture but equally clearly there are those of us who have had a different experience from the company and are satisfied customers. There seems to be no benefit to allowing it to be dragged down into a multi-directional slanging match whilst those concerned have had ample opportunity to air their initial views.

I must admit, I found 5th and 6th gear difficult to begin with and there is definately a knack of changing into those gears.

That said - If you should feel agrieved then please use the PM facility to talk directly about it, there is no need for a public slagging match.

Right, enough said. I'm locking this.
