Just buy an unsilenced b pipe from eBay for under £100. Simple.

My mate used to fabricate exhausts so my plan was to have him cut the silincer out but create a slot connection so it could go in any time with ease. No matter now

The b-pipe wouldn't have fitted the fujitsubo backbox anyway, though you could've had one made.
