First time calling Dave for getting some parts even before I collect my car.
I have dealt with other dealer for parts in the past (Mostly Toyota) in UK

Be honest, I am really surprised how good and quick the reply Dave has made.
He checked and replied my email, he called me quick, I returned the call for a brief talk, then sent another email for parts enquiry, within less than an hour, he replied with an quotation with all picture/diagram, which matched my research. I have also attached two photos with arrow pointing the parts I want as an validation. He did check the photos based on my request, and confirm the parts are the one I want.

I have placed the order and would wait for 4-6 weeks, whatever it needs.

I don't know how to best describe my feeling and experience here because English isn't my first language. His working attitude and efficiency are at the top of industry.

I really think lot of people who works in different dealers should take Dave as role model here.
