Dealing with Autoglass #Useless

So basically as the title states I‘ve been dealing with Autoglass for 3 weeks now waiting for a replacement screen, week 1 they turned up with the wrong screen for an RSX and no trims, week 2 they turned up with the right screen and still no trims even after I made it very clear to the fitter and to the woman on the phone on week 1 that the trims will he needed as they will break ... so here I am still with a broken screen near 3 weeks being sat on the drive. What a shower of shit... they are also not interested in waiving the excess fee so I‘m going to try and get something out of them, like a valet from a reputable place or something luckily my car hasn‘t been letting in water but the customer service and just pure incompetence makes my piss boil
