Decat pipe

Is anyone just running a decat pipe? If so which one? And do you solve the engine managment problem in the same way as on the CTr with the 02 sim? Whatever that is :lol: :lol:

There's no problem with the engine checklight on the DC5 with a decat,none that have shown up afaik.
ECU seems to cope with almost anything thrown at it.

When I had the Spoon 2-1 decat my engine check light came on after a while (one in every engine starts). Other people don't seem to be affected, so I guess it's pot luck.

place near me will make one for £40.

thats all they charged me on a g60 corrado, 200sx, mitsi 3000gt tt, and other cars in the past.

thought about this but wasnt too sure as to the management system probs it may cause.

how would this affect mot, obviously there is no documentation as to what levels the dc5 should be set at?

ignore that price, went to see if they'd do it for me and it meant butchering the current system, so giving that a miss! :shock:
