Driver side footwell water leak

Hey!

I have a water leak on the driver side footwell area, can't seem to replicate it by spraying water on that side of the car, only sometimes after it rains and the car sits, i'll notice that side is wet.
I've checked the seems, don't see anything obvious, looking to see what other area to check or if someone has had this issue with a solution! Hoping it's not a windshield seal.

Let me know from your experience or areas to check!

Other forums have mentioned firewall seems, door seals, all seem ok tho, just difficult as I can't seem to replicate it myself.

Yes I have, might be worth re-checking these spots again or to further investigate

Remember water can come in 1 place and then settle in another. I found with the roof ones they'd travel to the back of the car once you drove it!

It’ll probably be the seams, only takes a little weak spot to let water in. Or it could be the widow seal. These cars are really getting on now so it might have perished a bit

Another vote for the seams, especially as you have a facelift car and they more prone to those failing. Good luck hunting it down.
