Just want to do a special shout out to Stevie at Eight Speed for being ultra flexible and doing such a smashing job on the recent work to my pride and joy. Thanks a million Steve, very happy customer. PM me if you want the details!

Also thanks to Rascal69 for the gearbox swap. I'm loving the new 5.4FD, just transforms the k20, I now have huge amounts of torque, car is just pulls in every gear, even 6th feels like 4th now

Swapped the boxes over
Fitted super pro front lca bushes
Rear arb and brace
Sump baffle
ES engine mount inserts
Buddy club short shifter

Needless to say, car feels utterly different than before and in all the good ways.

I've ordered a spoon final drive for mine. Also getting a port/polish done on the head. Cant wait to get it back.

Wrong. I had a spoon fd aswell in jdm ep3.
5.1 is spoons ratio

Mfactory also do a 5.1 as well as a 5.46. Spoon just do the 5.1 so yes if you went for the Mfactory 5.46 like me it makes them even shorter. Not in a bad way though I can tell you!
