Fit the silencer or bung for 3" solid fab

So I've got a solid fab 3"exhaust with unsilinced centre pipe and I'm now going to use the car daily and it's a bit loud. So I'm after advice whether to buy the bung or go for the centre silencer.

don’t bing it it’s a bad idea, backpressure is ruined, performance impacted etc, if you’re going to do anything have a silencer added into the b-pipe imo mate

My thinking was just to have the bung in for day to day driving then come the weekend if I was to have a bit of fun I'd take it out.

My mate has pointed out that's a daft idea as I could be wanting to have a bit of fun heading home from work and the cars gonna be slow.

I've had a bung in the past and the difference in noise was really good. Also alot of motorbikes have bungs in the exhaust

Asked a few mates and think I'll get the silencer bought
