Fitting oil temp and pressure guages.

Has anyone fitted oil temperature and pressure oil guages into their DC5?
How difficult was it to fit the pressure sensor and where is it located anyway as I dont have a clue? :?
Was the oil temp sensor difficult to fit as well?

Anyone recommend a decent garage who can fit gauges proffessionly?

Hi..

I've got an oil temp and oil pres meter in mine. Both the sensors are fitted where the oil filter is located. Mine has got an oil cooler so the sensors are inserted into the 2 holes of both sides of the adapter. i think you can get these adapters in the uk. If you really can't get hold of one then i'll think of something as one of my friends is going back to england soon. You can fit it yourself, it is not very hard.

What adapter did you use?
I've been looking at this Greddy Oil filter block adapter. Will this fit and does it require any modifications to the sensors or thread?

I am using something like this but not exactly the Greddy one.. This adapter should fit but just beware of leakage after a while thats all.. U can wrap the adapter's and filter's rubber ring with white tape to be on the safe side... Other than this there shouldn't be a problem.. The sensors will fit into the side ports...
