Could anyone confirm if the bolt size is 7/16 please?

Hi all, new to the forum; first post/question.

As above, three of the positions are clear for fitting the eye bolts, however using Fr Seat, rear mounting point, whilst feasible doesn't appear compliant with MSA regs.
"5.2. Where the Vehicle manufacturer’s standard safety belts and associated fitments are not utilised, bolts must be steel and of a minimum 7⁄16in UNF or M12 (grade 8.8)"
I believe the seat bolts are M10 x 25.
