Help needed

[C&S Evo7]

I have a constant problem with various forums refreshing, not showing when new posts etc are up.
I assume its something to do with cookies . what level should they be set at in internet options page.
I use aol but get the problem just the same if i use explorer.

any ideas??

I think you need to allow cookies, but not sure there's much more to it than that :?

Suggest just clear all the existing ones and start again, see if that sorts it?

Deffo a problem with cookies. Clear them and your browsers cache, should be in the options. Should solve it.
