Help with keys...

My comp had a virus so had to wipe evrything and start again.
but now when i press shift 2 i get @... shift 3 i get #... shift ' i get "
Any ideas? :? i not to good with comps

change your keyboard from us settings to uk

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings
Languages tab > Details...
Change the default input languages

Help with keys

Thanks for the response insomaniacal and for the ideas of programming stuff. I guess all I need is a place to get ideas and maybe a place that can help me solve those GOOGLE. Any other ideas of what I should program with beginners skills?
