Honda wind deflectors

Was wondering has anybody every buffed these before? Just got my dc5 a while back and it seems to be the old owner has sprayed them with some sort of tint. Is there anyway of getting this off or will I just buy new ones?

You could set and dry them to get it all off then buff them up, would be like buffing up headlights

You can polish them up with some Meguiars Ultimate Compound and a DA Polisher. They will look like new after but you have to remember to keep them sealed with some decent wax.
