How to fit a Mugen rear struct bar

Hi i brought a rear mugen struct bar and i notice that i have to cut into the plastic panels to fit it on.Does anyone have any advice so i can do a nice job of this???

mark out the plastic where the strut bar hits it and cut it bit by bit with a sharp stanley blade. keep trying it untill it fits nice and tight. i was there for ages with mine but i done a tidy job.

I had TGM fit mine,but the above advice seems ok.

Its horrible seeing your plastics cut away.

But when the rear seat is back in position,You wont see a thing. =D> =D>

mine hasn't got that much cut away, the plastic still covers the bolts :shock:

Thanks all for your replys.But i also have one more question cause i brought it second hand it didn't come with any bolts and i notice i need longer bolts than the standard one.when can i get hold of these?
