The level of customer service at JM Imports has really impressed me.
I got my car through them back in August and due to a small confusion with communication on both our ends I never got the paintwork touched up on arrival to get rid of stone chips and scuffs.
I have been working on a busy project with very limited time off and funds to afford to get to Newcastle and back (I am from Scotland) and now in March they have agreed to touch up the paint for me absolutely free of charge.
This is outstanding and I do not know of a single other garage like this that would do the work.
Very happy and have recommended a few guys from up my way to them.
