norwich union direct

i just phoned up norwich union direct and they say that they dont have the DC5 on their list, so will not insure. Although i phoned up previously and they said they will insure the car, which leads me to my question........ does anyone have their insurance policy with Norwich Union Direct?

I had exactly the same reply from NU, however the broker i normaly use did get a quote from NU, direct from the underwriter. So i obviously is on their list !!
