Dixel ES pads with Hel Lines and RBF660 Fluid was my fav for road use with some track abuse, they wore very well, never faded and gave great bite from cold.
I did 3 trackdays with them and never had an issue and they had loads of life left when i removed them and sold them on as the car went more track use only

A bit late to the party , Motul RBF 600 is great fluid, I've always used it on track and never boiled fluid yet The key is decent pads
.
I've recently been using Brembo HP2000 pads on the road and done a trackday with them. There about the same spec or slightly better than the Ferodo DS2500 pads but are a little cheaper. They performed great on track , no fade ( was out for 20 min sessions at a time ). Worth considering. Great from cold as well on the road .. Feel like a OEM pad which is good news. I'm also using grooved discs which seem to help as the pads don't glaze over.
