Rad Coolant Temp Sensor

Hi all,

After some guidance if possible?

The radiator fans are on all of the time so i presume the tempo sensor on the Rad has failed.

Questions are

1. Does anyone know the part number for the sensor
2. is there a DIY guide?
3. could it no be the temp sensor ?

I have done a search but with no joy
