Gave my seats a clean the other day, they werent real dirty, just in the usual places little bits of marks!!
Got them cleaned up fairly good with auto glym interior foam but there still some slight marks!!
Just wondering if anyone has any other ways of cleaning the seats?? :xhelp: :xcheers:

My mate used a steam cleaner on his Red recaros in his DC2, it was from Halfords, don't think he paid alot for it, I was abit unsure of him using it at first but they came up like brand new.

I use Autoglym Interior Shampoo, simply spray it on, wipe over with a damp cloth and all the dirt comes out! Keep rinsing the cloth in a bucket of water and repeat the process, leave to dry overnight with windows open slightly, hey presto! They always come up brilliant.

Personally i wouldnt use a steam cleaner, too risky. I used a Vax machine with the little extension bit. I also used Tesco Silk and Wool cleaner made for hand washing. Its soft enough that it wont mark the seats if you use too much. Just whack it in the vax, use some warm water and off you go! I left mine in the sun to dry off (it also tightens the fabric) and then hoovered them, they look like new!!
