Secondary o2 sensor ( Denso 192400-1031 03P21)

hello everyone, my secondary o2 sensor is damaged and I am getting a check engine light on the dash, I have an aftermarket exhaust system which is Mugen Piping from header to Jasma midbox and Mugen Twin loop endbox. Can someone please help me find the sensor Denso 192400-1031 03P21. Or is it okay if i just drive it like this because I dont see any performance issues or any problem in my AFR range which is usually around 14.5 to 14.8.

I would get in contact with Keith @ JMS Hondas. He sorted me out the primary o2 sensor at a good price. Sure he has the secondary at a decent price as well.
