Shiny Bolster

Does anyone have any advice on how to get the bolsters looking less shiny and more matte like they used to be?

You can gently aggravate the pile by brushing with the pile then back against it with a soft brush same sort of ones you use on shoes should get rid of a lot of the shine just takes a bit of time I saw a thread of someone doing it on their dc2 seats and had pretty good results
