Spare wheel well question...

But are these little tiny holes normal? Located under the spare wheel.

Some lazy person has done it to let water drain out instead of fixing the problem

Clean it all up and I would put some good paint on the holes and then maybe a dab of seam sealer? Not worth firing the welder up in my opinion. Honda put a load of seam sealer there anyway.
