I've managed to get rid of the car guys, traded it in yesterday for a tidy little Clio 182 and some cash my way. Early impressions are the chassis is very good, doesn't move around as much as the Teg but the seating position is awful as is the gearstick position, build quality inside is garbage compared to the DC5 but it feels more nimble and will be a better car for me I think.
Although I had some issues with the DC5, I grew to like it again towards the end of my ownership and had the engine issues not occurr; I'd probably have kept it but it's gone now and hopefully it will go to a good home.
I will miss the forum and the people on here but I won't miss the dic*heads on the Honda Facebook pages. I will likely still pop in here from time to time but I want away from the Honda scene for a while as I've not had much luck with my last few cars.
I wish everyone all the best with their motors and thanks again for all the help and advice I've had over the years, I'm sure my persisent moaning won't be missed. lol
Cheers
Marc
