You can try some of the UK dealers to see if they can help.. i'm sure some will know of a place who can or will be interested... not sure how the laws work though in the USA for imports from Japan.. i know your laws are a lot stricter and from stories i have heard bout Evo's and Scoobs its not easy...
May be easier to try to source the JDM parts and build your own Type-R
