Will my fuel go off while the car is not used?

Haven't had the car out much this year at all, put £30 in about 3 weeks ago in the hope the lock down would soon end but the other fuel in the tank has been in there since January... Would it go off? 🤔

Same with any car tbh the petrol should be fine for up six months at least.

The one benefit we have is premium fuel, Shell V-Power or BP ultimate and the likes contain stabilisers and detergents that are designed to cope with this type of situation so you'll be fine.

Have you ever had another car you've not filled up for weeks on end (say when away on holiday)? It's no different, these are just normal cars tbh nothing special about them mechanically

... Had her 15 years now, only got 47k on the clock.. Love me Teg!
That's a long time, if you love it stop leaving it sitting (worst thing for them), use it else things will seize, crack, fail etc :-(

use it and enjoy :)

Lowest amount of miles that I've done between mot's was 1500 last year but generally get about 3k per year on the road.
