Hmmm it sounds more gearbox side from standstill I'm a mechanic so labour expense is free haha there's no real way of testing it either really ? I'll try a chain and tappets first then if not I'll do the pulley [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey new to the forum just bought a dc5 with 95k on when I start up from cold I get no chain rattle but when I start driving at 3k I get a tappet rattle as tho they need adjusting when it's warm the noise seems to go ??? Any ideas ??? Cheers Shaun
