The ECU is mapped for 100RON as that's what they use in JPN

To note: Shell VPower is 99.6RON

I didn't even think you could get 100 in the UK?

But yeah it should be using 100RON anyway. Of course when you say on the Integra I hope you mean in the Integra cos otherwise the answer is no, it would damage the paint

Heard a rumour that tesco 99 is absolute garbage an is really only about 97.9Ron.... Anyone else heard this? I find it hard to justify Shell V-power to the wife when it's like 3p a litre more expensive than tesco 99.

Yes it is garbage, but it is 99RON.

Its cheap cast off fuel from other companies that add addatives to make it comply to EN regs.

Its more prone to moisture and dirt absorbation which over time will not do your engine any good.
