12500 miles service?

My car is a 51plate but is closing in on 12500 miles!!

Question is what service is due? Honda say its the year they go by (6year old) so needs that service and not the 12500miles one.

Is this true? any1 else with experience of this.

I'm pretty sure that's correct. Most manufactures go by either 12k miles or 12 months whichever comes sooner. Just because the car doesn't have the miles on it, things like brake fluid, rubber belts etc will still degrade over time.

Any 1 have a rough cost of a 6year service?

:shock: Blimey mate that's really low mileage for age of car, thought mine was low with 25k on 2004.

Got it from 200bhpcars! it still had the plactic film over the kick plates from the show room?? Grade 5A!! I had asked Andy to source 1 with low milleage but i didntthink it would be that low!!
