Don't know about the RSX with Brembos retrofitted. You'd be better asking on ClubRSX.

As for the JDM DC5, plenty folk have 7.0x17" Civic wheels fitted which are ET45 and fit fine. Depends on the wheel really, but shouldn't be a problem.

Yes the EP3 wheels are a straight fit on a JDM DC5 with Brembos.

I've had Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s in exactly the same size and they fitted fine too.

Caliper clearance is more to do with the shape of the spokes than the offset tbh.
