1st lap scare at the Ring

Had a trip to the Nurburgring last weekend, first lap out ever. And the track was very wet, and this happened! Cheeky Germans like recording the spins haha

I tried my best to keep it under control, but i just felt me gaining speed. And was in 2 minds power(It was just spinning tho in 3rd at this speed) on and try and get it straight or let off and just scrub it out.

Quality video, I find the ep3 to be a bit more rear end stable than my old dc5.

usual place in the wet where people go round... what tyre's were you running?

Rings always slippy in the wet, I did it on RE070 in the rain/sleet/snow was crap crawling everywhere and still sliding. Normal road tyres or some uni-royal rain sports ftw in those conditions!
