Hey guys i have looked in a lot of places but can not find the answer i am looking for !! :?

I know all DC 5 were made in Japan, what happens to them though when they come over to the good old sunny U K?? :!:

I notice the clocks only have KPH on and the electric milometre has KM. :!:

I know to you guys this is simply knowledge but i have not a clue.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks Brett

They come over with a 'KM/H' on the dial and mine has a little sticker
over the 'K' so it is 'M/H'.

Also it is reprogrammed to work in MPH!

My starlet GT had a converter on the gearbox which changed it into mph, it might be the same for the DC5.

Certainly not rocket science thats for sure :)

they all will have a converter fitted,
and the 'clock' will show mph either a sticker or the k gets covered.
