Hi all!

For ages I have been wanting to go on ones of those driving day courses and me and a friend have decided to book one. I know you can do a rally day out, a off road day etc. Red Letter days do some.

Was just wondering have you any recommendations which one to go for? I think a rally one would be the better option whereas my mate disagrees and wants to do something else?

Also has anyone been on any of these and was it worth it?

would be grateful for your thoughts...

I've done the 1/2 day Rally at Silverstone which is great fun in RWD Escort MK2's :D

Bill Gwyne is supposed to be very good too - but then I am biassed as you drive scoobies

Don Palmer - http://www.donpalmer.co.uk is the next one I want to do, here are a couple of pics when one of my mates (Paul @ TSL) went:

Rich,

From looking at the Don Palmer website do you drive your own car or one of theirs?

AFAIK you drive your own, hence why paul was in his "Flying Banana"

Its a driver improvement day so I guess the car that you drive day to day is the one you want to use when you are trying to improve yourself...... :?

Also worth getting Andre / Franz / Trung's take as they do the odd track day here and there! (see the Rockingham thread!)

Have sent for more information.

Def going to give it a go, probably before doing the odd trackday or two later in the year?
