Will be all different settings to be honest. There isn't a specific geo setting for each type of suspension.

there good springs are hard.. best for track much better than cheaper coilovers

stick spoon spring on them and then get FRSU.. everyone likes it setup different

Exactly what I have. Mugen dampers with Spoon springs. Great setup.

Spoon spring how low is the drop? And anyone used eibach front bolts and eibach rear camber arms for this set up?

Im running spoon springs with oem dampers and eibach camber bolts with D2 rear camber arms. Feels a lot better than coilovers which I had on it as the roads around me are shocking!
