Back to oem - exhaust

Evening all,

I'm really after a much quieter system as it's just too loud for my everyday car.
I have an apexi hayabusa rear box mated to an apexi b pipe. It's also been decatted with a j's racing 4-2 manifold.
I'm toying with the idea of purchasing a oem b-pipe and oem rear box to quieten things down. All I'm worried about is the flow of the oem b pipe n box ? What are they like? The cars supercharged too.

seems a good combination. the spoon b pipe is nice and free flowing

Exactly. I've used them with a mani/de-cat and it was fine, though my car is N/A.

I recall somebody else on here using the OEM b/box on their SC car too

Oem backbox is ok but not oem b pipe, it's quite restrictive.

Mugen twinloop sounds beautiful in Vtec and isn't too loud with a decat header.

Anyone used the silenced supersprint b pipes? A tad cheaper then spoon

As has been said, the Twin loop is a good option if you want to still have a cat back, failing that the Spoon mid pipe and OEM box is good.

Or an RM-01A if you can find one, or are prepared to fork out.
